Privacy Policy

AllInOneIME is a macOS input method made by MicroZ LLC (“we”). This policy covers the app, AllInOneIME Cloud (the optional AI service you can sign in to from the app) and this website, allinoneime.com.

In short: what you type stays on your Mac unless you send it to an AI with a command. We don’t sell data, show ads or track you.

The app

• Typing is processed on your Mac. Text is sent only when you press the action key on an AI command (such as @improve, @translate or @question), and then only that text, to the AI provider you picked in Settings: Apple Intelligence on your Mac, your own account with a provider (such as Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic or Google), or AllInOneIME Cloud. Your provider’s own terms apply to what you send it.
• The app has no analytics or tracking. Its logs on your Mac don’t record what you type.
• API keys you enter are kept in your Mac’s keychain.
• Once a day the app downloads an update manifest from allinoneime.com; the request carries no identifiers. Language packs and plugins come from allinoneime.com and GitHub when you install them.

AllInOneIME Cloud (optional)

• Account: your email address, kept in Amazon Cognito. Cognito keeps your password; we never see it.
• Usage: how many requests you made each day, your plan and your remaining credits, kept in our database on Amazon Web Services (US West).
• Your text: forwarded to a model provider (currently through OpenRouter) to produce the result. We don’t store or log it. The model provider processes it under its own terms.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive your subscription status, not your card details.
• Error logs: the kind of error only, never your text or account details.
• Email: we send only the emails you ask for: the sign-up verification code and password reset codes, from noreply@allinoneime.com. No newsletters or marketing email. Replies to your support emails come from support@allinoneime.com.

This website

allinoneime.com is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site. The site uses no cookies, analytics or ads.

Sharing

We don’t sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above (Amazon Web Services, Stripe, Cloudflare and the model provider), only as needed to run the service, or when the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting your data

AllInOneIME Cloud keeps your account data while your account exists. To delete your account and its data, email support@allinoneime.com from your account’s address; we delete it within 30 days. Data in the app stays on your Mac, and removing the app or its folders removes it.

Children

AllInOneIME isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date.
